Low base, high alignment

A small monthly fee covers our infrastructure, onboarding, and support. That's the only fixed cost — so starting is easy and you're not out much if it doesn't fit.

Flat fee per recovered booking/deal

When a past-book client books (or closes a loan) through our campaign, we take a flat fee. When we don't deliver, we don't get paid. Incentives stay aligned.

Monthly cap protects you

Above a set monthly cap, additional recoveries are free to you. You're never penalized for a great month. At very high volume you move to Flat — simpler, cheaper.

How does Performance pricing actually work? +
A small monthly base covers our infrastructure and onboarding — that's always charged. On top, you pay a flat fee for every booking or deal recovered through our campaigns. Each month's per-deal fees are capped — above that cap, additional deals are free to you. You're never penalized for a great month, and you never pay more than the Flat rate.
How do you know a booking was actually recovered through your tool? +
Every draft email and SMS carries a unique tracking link. Every flash offer carries a unique promo code. If a dormant client (90+ days since last visit) books within 14 days of receiving a campaign, it counts. You see every attributed booking with its source campaign in your dashboard, and you can dispute anything that wasn't ours. We drop disputed attributions — trust matters more than a few dollars.
Can I switch between Performance and Flat? +
Yes. Any time. Most practices start on Performance (lower risk, aligned incentives) and move to Flat once they're running consistent volume. We'll show you the math month-over-month so you can tell when to switch.
Is there a contract or minimum term? +
No annual contracts. Everything is month-to-month. Cancel whenever. Founding Partners get 10 months at zero base + reduced per-deal rate, then grandfathered Performance pricing forever.
Do I have to use the whole suite? +
The Service Suite is Retention IQ + Revenue IQ bundled — they compound best together, but you can start with either. Refi IQ is standalone. Enterprise pricing is custom.
What about HIPAA / RESPA / TILA compliance? +
For medical practices (medspa, dental): BAA signed before real client data touches the system. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, 6-year retention. For mortgage: RESPA, TILA, TCPA, and Fair Housing compliance notes attach to every outreach draft. Enterprise tiers include custom attestations.
How long until I see bookings or deals? +
Service Suite: most practices see first Retention IQ bookings within 24-72 hours of launching a campaign. Refi IQ: first recovered deals typically close within 30-45 days of starting outreach.
What booking systems or LOS do you support? +
Service Suite: any system that exports a CSV — Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Curve, PatientNow, Zenoti, Boulevard, Aesthetic Record, Vagaro, Mindbody, and others. Refi IQ: Encompass, Fairway legacy, Monument, Benchmark, Jungo, Surefire, and legacy LOS systems via CSV.
