Outside TechStack, Danny is a published author of five books on leadership, ADHD, intentional living, and abstraction — Phi Theta Kappa honoree — with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration & Management. He operates from Palm Springs, California, at the center of the Coachella Valley wellness, medspa, and aesthetics market that Retention IQ serves.

Valerie is Co-Founder and President of TechStack, leading the customer success and change-management practice that turns the product into actual adoption. She brings 13+ years of enterprise technology consulting — most recently as Director of Microsoft Modern Work at Ultimate Technologies Group, and Senior Manager of Microsoft Modern Workplace Enterprise Collaboration Adoption & Change at Centric Consulting — where she drove a 65% year-over-year revenue increase and led teams generating $2MM in project sales while building governance frameworks across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Copilot rollouts.

She is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and fluent in the playbook every TechStack customer needs to make a tool actually stick: pilot programs, training plans, champions communities, communications strategy, resistance management, and KPI ladders that hold business outcomes to the technology promise. Her engagements have established 80%+ repeat client relationships and pioneered change management as a core service line at multiple consulting firms.

Valerie is also Founder & CEO of Epic Ink Pros (dba Wall Print Studio) in Michigan — a large-format vertical wall printing studio serving businesses, healthcare systems, schools, hospitality, and public spaces. She brings entrepreneurial operating experience and a designer's eye to TechStack's customer-facing leadership.
